AvantCare Incident and Complaint Management

The AvantCare Incident and complaint management module is designed to support service providers in implementing and maintaining a system to record and manage certain incidents that happen in connection with providing supports or services to people with disability. The National Disability Insurance Scheme (Incident Management and Reportable Incidents) Rules 2018 is the foundation scope of this module.

Borderless Gandhi 2018

At Illuminance, individual team members are supported to participate in community organisations that have personal significance to them, and Borderless Gandhi was Founded by our CEO Nilesh Makwana in 2014. Other staff members is also involved, and yesterday (28th August 2018) was a big day for the project and its team members, with the official announcement of the “Borderless Gandhi presents Mahatma in Colour” exhibition by the Hon Mark McGowan – Premier of WA.

New partnership to deliver significant increases in ICT capability

When reforms to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) were implemented across the country, one of the biggest restructures for disability service providers came in the form of information and communications technology (ICT) service implementation. Small service providers now have to look outwards for creative and innovative ICT solutions for service delivery. With funding from Microsoft’s Cloud for Global Good program, Illuminance created AvantCare.

Supporting Australia’s Indigenous and Torres Strait Islander Youth

In accordance with National Reconciliation Week (NRW) Illuminance Training is launching its program for closing the gap in digital literacy in Australia’s Indigenous youth. A free one-day training program to learn basic Office 365 software will be held by our own highly skilled trainers, a program that will open doors for, and present opportunities to its attendees.

About half a year ago, in September 2017, we moved from our small setup in Northbridge to a huge office space on Adelaide Terrace. With more room to flex our muscles, we have had many great opportunities and many a new client has joined us, and our staff has grown. Now, better late than never, we invited all that has supported us, helped us, guided us, corrected us and stood by us to a Thank You party.

We have brand new training facilities and offer a wide range of training programs that can be executed at our premises on Adelaide Terrace in Perth or on yours.

Illuminance is proud to congratulate our interns that received their Student Scholarship Certificates on 7th February 2018 at WA Parliament House. They have all contributed to bringing the business up and forward over the last year, with their fresh, innovative and solution oriented minds. Little did we know that we too would learn so much from them.

Announcement: We are launching a new product!

This is an important and significant role. This new product will assist and simplify procedures and processes around trust management, enhancing security and compliances.
