From incarceration to Microsoft Power Platform: A Journey with illuminance Solutions: Dylan’s Journey with Illuminance Solutions. Meet Dylan, whose journey from incarceration to learning coding and IT is truly inspirational, all thanks to an encounter with Illuminance Solutions. While in Banksia Hill Detention Centre, Dylan attended a Digital Literacy and Microsoft Technology training course by Illuminance, sparking his passion for technology. Now an intern at illuminance, Dylan’s days are filled with learning and development.

This year, the team celebrated Harmony Week by hosting a ‘Taste of Harmony’ event on Friday 24th March. They shared food from their own countries, giving everyone a chance to sample and learn about different cuisines. The event was also an opportunity to invite family members to the office and to celebrate not one but two birthdays with cake, birthday cards and songs! Harmony Week celebrations is an opportunity to bring people together, and to learn about cultures. For illuminance, it’s also an opportunity to share food.
