All Australians are encouraged to wear something orange during Harmony Week, and we decided to do so as well on Friday 19th March. When planning this the team did not know that illuminance were going to take home the Multicultural Business Award on the night before. As so happened, wearing orange really turned out to be a way of sharing our joy and celebrating our multiculturalism and diversity even more.

Drones – Principles to Flight is an accessible training program for people with mobility or dexterity impairment designed and conducted by illuminance Solutions, Techlearn and the Western Electric Sporting Association (WESA) that was held on Saturday 20 February in Langley Park, Perth WA.
Happy New Year! 2020 has been a year that can be described in so many ways, and has been chaotic, to say the least. With COVID-19 everyone had a fair share of disorder and finding new normal. Nonprofit Cyber Security by illuminance Solutions partnered with the Canadian cyber security firm Terranova Security earlier this year, and have collaborated on their second edition of the Gone Phishing Tournament which will give the chance to the organisations of Australia and New Zealand to measure the click rate against their peers – all at no cost to the organisation.

This year, West Tech Assemblage attendees will hear from five individuals with disability, who will share their insight and experiences through a moderated panel discussion. The spotlight of this year’s event is access and inclusion, whether that be digital, physical or workforce and you can attend online!
Adrian Fini is a prime example of the good spirits in Perth, and how people of success can help budding start-ups and entrepreneurs, simply by giving them a place to sit, a place to charge their laptop and by engaging in conversation. Back in 2015 Nilesh was sitting at his usual corner table at the brand-new Post at the State Buildings, typing emails and talking on the phone. illuminance Solutions was at an early stage at that time.
