With the coronavirus pandemic triggering a spike in cyber attacks, illuminance Solutions are leading an international collaboration and forming new partnerships to boost security for Australia’s vulnerable nonprofit sector while creating jobs to fight future hackings. The new practise enables nonprofits to access cyber security expertise while staff are trained by international experts.
With the global crisis escalating, we are launching a Microsoft Power Platform Solution (incl. Power BI, PowerApps and Power Automate) for managing communication across an organisation all built on trusted Microsoft technology. The platform allows tracking of key data, communication and managing resources, everything health workers need in this time.
Crisis comes when they are least expected. Many are now facing challenges not having a crisis communication plan ready. Together with Microsoft, illuminance have designed a module added to the existing AvantCare capabilities, extending our product to meet the arisen need for a crisis management tool in the NFP sector, all built on Microsoft’s trusted PowerApps platform.
So far we have been and will continue to deliver projects and support as normal. We are being realistic with how COVID-19 is making an impact on us and on our clients and we have prepared and will continue to adapt to how at least the next six months may be. While it seems that the whole world is changing, we can with certainty say that we will continue to provide the professional service we are known for.
