The Master Builders Association of WA (Master Builders) recently engaged illuminance Solutions to plan and design an integrated management system that will increase member engagement and create greater efficiency.
A core Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system will be developed to give Master Builders an improved ability to share information across the organisation, better access to business reporting and intelligence, and integration with existing business systems.
Graeme Dix, Business Director of Master Builders, said, “A major driver of this project is our desire to provide a streamlined and improved experience for members when they navigate through our member web portal. Events like our accredited and non-accredited courses and workshops though our Registered Training Organisation will be even easier to register for.”
