MSWA and illuminance Solutions collaboration announced a finalist in WAITTA INCITE Awards for Most Impactful Social Benefit
The Western Australian Information Technology and Telecommunications Alliance’s (WAITTA) INCITE Awards are the premier awards event in the Western Australian ICT industry. Finalists were announced on Friday, 7 April. On 16 June at the 26th Annual WAITTA INCITE Awards Gala Presentation Dinner, the winners in 11 categories will be announced.
The MSWA and Illuminance teams are finalists in the Most Impactful Social Benefit for their joint project to support people living with neurological conditions and their careers. MSWA is implementing a Client Information Management solution that supports improved client experience in the disability sector. The solution benefits clients by supporting their individual preferences, delivering services when they desire them and ensures viability of the organisation through increased efficiencies. It is designed to positively impact both employee and client satisfaction by improving service planning and delivery, and improving utilisation of organisational resources.
The multi-component cloud based Client Management System solution designed and developed by Illuminance Solutions for MSWA is aimed at improving MSWA’s organisational capabilities by providing a client and services information management system that integrates various aspects of care services in a client-centric platform and interfaces with our Finance System for more accurate reporting. The solution components manage information and facilitate collaboration at all key stages of MSWA’s client journeys.
Sue Shapland, General Manager Member Services, MSWA, said “We are excited about the possibilities this new platform offers us. As consumer-directed care shapes the disability sector, MSWA is committed to employing innovative solutions to better meet the needs of our Members and Clients and their families. This solution also helps us to streamline processes and create more efficiencies and enhances staff satisfaction through improved access both on and off site.”
“We value our relationship with MSWA,” said Nilesh Makwana, CEO of Illuminance. “We’re pleased that our collaboration on this project has been recognised for the positive impact it will have on people with neurological conditions. NDIS has brought many changes to both consumers and service providers. Developing this Client Management System that meets consumer needs as well as MSWA’s objectives has been rewarding and reflects what Illuminance is known for – using technology to create innovative solutions.”
Winners of the INCITE Awards will go on to represent Western Australia in the National iAwards, hosted by the Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA). The iAwards operates in all Australian states and territories.
