Many of our clients must be dealing with their own challenges and disruptions and navigating through them as best they can. In this difficult time, we just want you to know that we are all in the same boat and that we will continue to work together to get us all through safely.
It is in times like these that we need to stay firm on continuing to live our lives, even though it may be in a slightly different setting. We are lucky to be working in an office, as it means we have the option to work from home.
We believe that extraordinary customer service is not a collection of words but a set of consistent actions and behaviours. Everything we do is passionately directed at delighting you, our customer, by always delivering on our promises. Even in times like these.
Our promise
So far we have been and will continue to deliver projects and support as normal.
As of yet, half of our team is working from home while the other half is coming to office every day.
While we have put restrictions on receiving visitors to our office and encourage our team to conduct meetings via online channels such as Microsoft Teams or on the phone, we are keeping a cold head and we do not skimp on our work ethics. We have put in place all the measures we can in order for operations to stay like normal.
We are being realistic with how COVID-19 is making an impact on us and on our clients and we have prepared and will continue to adapt to how at least the next six months may be. While it seems that the whole world is changing, we can with certainty say that we will continue to provide the professional service we are known for.
We will continue to respond to requests in a timely manner and to deliver on the agreed time with the agreed budget.
We will pick up the phone and continue to communicate clearly, honestly, openly and respectfully and to do so on a regular basis.
We will keep our clients informed and use processes that are transparent, effective and efficient and to help make informed decisions.
We will keep our clients updated on the status of any project and make sure that we are up to date with any changes.
We will be client focused at all times and continue to support each other and we will respond to each other and to our clients to accommodate progress and satisfaction.
We will continue to treat our own team members as well as our clients’ team members with respect and recognise that even in these times we are committed to working together to achieve all goals and strive to meet all deadlines.
We will continue to collaborate and to support each other as it is up to us how to support, contribute to and participate in our society moving forward.
